Ability Order

Akali Passive Ability

For akali, you will need Mark of Attack Damage in Mark runes to activate 8% spell vamp passive at level 1 and 20 ability power from Glyph of Ability Power and Quint of Ability Power in Glyph runes and Quintessence runes to activate the other passive to increase your basic attack damage with more 8% magical damage. Seal of Armor will improve your armor and reduce the incoming basic damage.
Quint of Magical Penetration will improv a bit in your magical damage and is nice at early game.
