First off, I see heal as one of the summoner spells and I puked in my mouth a little, such a useless spell in comparison to the others. Then I look at the talents you take, please clarify why you take the crit damage talents when your build has 0% crit chance, and why spec into the untility tree when the survivability talents from the defense tree are much greater for early on survival? Then further, looking at you item build, you create both rylai's and frozen mallet...why? Also the move speed 3 boots are much better for chasing(which you will be doing a ton of) and no guinsoo's rageblade and no hextech gunblade? So 132 attack damage and 364ability power is your idea of an ideal build? There are much more efficient ways to spend your gold and achieve much greater results. This guide looks like it was written by someone who played Akali 3 times. To anyone looking to play Akali for the first time I would advise skipping this guide and moving on to a different one. E.I. either of the guides by Heat or Skyv3r.
