I use the nex combination of runes:
-Greater Mark of insight x 9 to get more magic penetration
-Greater Seal of evasion x 9 to increase dodge
-Greater Glyph of insight x 9 to more magic penetration
-Greater Quintessence of insight x 3 for more magic penetration

The things that i saw in guides focus more the runes searching more AP or Magic Penetration of this char, in my opinion you can use only Magic penetration runes to make the hits hurts in the beining of the match

With teh masteries selection, i search to give to her protection, resistance and some darmage and "more magic penetration" lol

MA = Mark of the Assassin
TS = Twillight Shroud
CS = Crescent Slash
SD = Shadow dance

First i get MA, cuz that skill gives you a good ranged skill, extra Magic damage on your next autoatack and healt restoration, good when you see an enemi champion hurted and he needs 1 hot to RIP XD, give a point to this skill at lvls 1,3,5,7 and 9

Second i raise Crescent Slash, very powerful AoE atk that combines your skill dmg(physical) + 30% of your AP + 60% of yoru AD, give points at lv 2,8,10,12 and 13

TS Helps you sometimes to stop getting hitted by your enemies, but you cant evade AoE skills x.x, You geth stealth and armor when youre inside the area, and your enemies are more slow in the area, give points at lv 4,14,15,17 and 18, why distant lvls? cuz this is not much important to kill, and the duration of the skill y is the same in all lvls

The powerfull SD can be your first or your second hit in a Killer Combo, this kick have a lot of range and DMG, you need to allways have 3 escence of shadow, the DMG is HORRIBLE D:, cuz it deals 100/175/250 + 50% of your AP Magic damage, with a cooldown of 2 secs is a bestial skill
give points at lv 6,11 and 16

I select Ghost and teleport cuz in some situations, youre trying to get flee from a Hard situation and you see you cant kill the enemy, you need to run, and sometimes the minions are in your way x.x, ghost helps you to run until you can throw your TS, you didnt run so faster, and sometimes you need to go far away to help or rush, teleport helps you to that.

you can use Flash instead of Ghost

You can replace Teleport for exaust if you wanna kill an enemy and you dont wanna him run away

What i can tell?, her is a good champion, a good killer, but she unfortunately cant kill all the things, or her get hard trying to do that

her speciality are the squishy chars, nex the semi thought, but your nemesis are some critical ranged champs or some tanks with a lot of DMG

Allways try to dont go alone following some hurted char at leats you are in trust to kill him and get alive without and ambush D:
