Its nice in terms of dmg and such, but you need a lil more. I play an AP based Alistar, so i can semi-relate to this. I really do like the idea since I use Hextech and Rageblade myself. They are very effective. You might want to change the Seals to Flat AP and the Marks to Magic Penetration. You will lose a lil AP, but the Mpen will give you so much more dmg. Trust me... I know.
nothing is more fun than when you throw down insane burst with only two attacks. Add something like

Thanks you too much, I've thought on finishing early the Triforce, but I haven't thought of getting Flat AP seals and Magic penetration on Marks,and really: WHAT A NICE IDEA! =)
