indeed he is and i've been using this build with him a lot but i made a new modification instead of everything i just put in for starters regrowth pendant and i just leave it at that than i buy ninja tabi and after that 3 sunfire capes....if the game is long enough i buy zhonyas ring and if there is enough money i make warmogs armor or force of nature out of regrowth pendant it depends on my enemies(and if thats not sick enough fo ru u can sell tabi and buy another sunfire cape and ur sure to pwn) good job..peace
