Very poor guide, it misses out many items and runes Annie really needs.
For example:
Magic Penetration Marks
Mana regen or Mana Seals
She doesn't need exhaust, she has a stun, ignite works MUCH better.
Lich Bane is not an item for Annie, give it to Poppy or Akali.
Annie does not need reduced time dead, she is usually alive most of the time only if you stick to your teammates. Alone, shes dead meat against multiple enemies.
You're missing Rod of the Ages, which imo, is more necessary than Mejai's Soulstealer. She needs the defense badly.

idk why you choose less revive time since annie shouldnt die that much especially towards lvl 18. also your build has alot less AP then other builds and your missing mejais soulstealer which is key to fights. Also your HP is really low compared to other builds.
