Great guide +1, yet I get dorans ring ring first and then sorcerers shoes and not boots and 3 health pots. Plus, great rune selection but for the quintessences, you could get movement peed bufff if you feel like you really want it. As for the item selection again, try adding void staff on there, its great for annie because of the extra ap and magic penetration.
