not much to add in here most stuff in in the build its self (click notes next to the items) this is a decently viable build especially if your team is lacking a tank. I'll add some pros / cons


pros:
very good at preventing snowballing of Ap casters
Safe against ganks
Quite tanky late game
still gives that burst damage that Annie needs
makes predators very angry with you

Cons:
little damage early game (until 6 any way)
not as good against ad mid assassins (such as panth, zed, and talon)
not very useful in following a gank if your jungler isn't doing decent or higher dps
