This build gives annie great tanking capaillity while keeping the high AP damage output.

This build is just as strong as a traditional APC build but the items you get for the tanky build come with the items which are perfect for a APC that doesn't want to die in 3 hits.

the runes will give you more ap damage but also keeps the armor needed for annie to stay alive alot longer then a strait up APC.

In early game try to help teammates gank the opposing team. in late game annie wont be able to take on 2-3 people at once but then you start geting items like Crystal Septer and Zhonias hourglass, Annie will be able to tank on a entire team if you use your skills correctly and efficiently.
