teemo is a very fun champ who tends to make people very angry which is always fun. i thought what if.. i could make them angrier by stealthing on top of a shroom and instagibbing them

pros-
- very high burst damage
- great turret killing with lich bane
- amazing laning presence unless countered
- free wards that do damage on short cd
- free stealth with attack speed steroid

cons-
- easily countered
- squishy
- likely to be focused
- bad teamfighter

i do not recommend teemo for ranked to be honest since he is easily countered and not a great teamfighter so unless your team is very good and understands your goals you will do badly

you're teemo be selfish split push all game be a nuisance draw pressure

farming is very easy with teemo because of your e bonus damage since you have almost max cdr i always place a shroom or 2 in the middle of the lane to kill minions who push up

place shrooms on all objectives (drag baron blue red) in all entry points such as the river and other pathways shroom as many bushes as possible with your max cdr if you expect someone to be coming place a shroom out of their vision stealth on top of it and if they show up just gib them that is what this build is for
