there is actually good info here and I can tell that you have knowledge....but it feels and looks incomplete. a good start but keep working on it. I will refrain from voting for now.

it's archived but it's there, mind you that its all S2 information and I was tinkering with an S3 build in there. But i am re-writing it for S3. so watch for it.

I tried AP corki multiple times.
Failed all of those times miserably :P
It did work in ARAM though :D
AP corki has to be laned a very specific way or he'll lose the lane or be underfarmed. In addition, there are several champions he just can't match against effectively before six.
I generally take him out against lanes I know he'll win (i.e. mordekaiser, akali, other champs that have to lane close to their minions and can't cs easily from a distance). I've also had success with him against skillshotters like ahri and lux, but I think it came down to a VERY sizable skill difference in those cases. I think that, assuming equal skill, he'd almost certainly lose against a lux before level six. Of course, as long as corki can make it to six alive and start roaming, his lane opponent is a nonissue. He's not a champ that you should be sitting in lane farming with (he's not morgana)
