@above: Galio without Flash does function quite well

@build: i know that build from leagecraft and im glad you got it here too now, Mobafires cheat sheets are quite awesome.
the build itself works very well but most games are over befor i get the 20 stacks :/

your video would be more convincing if you weren't using skills on champs 3-5 levels lower than you. But besides that, looks decent enough. Also, you said that more damage done to you in your ult makes you do more damage with it. It actually bases off of the amount of hits on you, not that damage done itself.
