The thing is you wont get time too build that much in a game , this build just gives you a really good dmg the whole game =), i also dont like too build Catalyst first, thats me tho becouse ive seen many people build it but i like too gank early game and then the xtra ap is good + if you use ur ability's correctly and dont set ur self in danger then you shouldnt need the xtra hp/mana =)

Another thing about the Rabadon's Deathcap. It's passive. The purpose is to get it as late as possible so that you get as much passive AP from it as possible, it's about cost efficiency. The same way you'd think about upgrading Tear of Goddess to Archangel. With an early Needlessly large rod alone it doesn't give you that much better farm when you're already last-hitting mobs which you can keep up with longer when getting a cheaper Catalyst which also adds to survival.

but I still don't see any obvious flaws so it's approved +1.

It's true that it pushed the lane, but its a easy and faster way to do it on and if you push it so much that the enemy is tower hugging well then you have reached your goal. you are denying him gold by feeding the minions to the turret and to the minion kills it was just to show people that minion kills matters more than most people can understand and when you think of that you can actually get those 10 ekstra minion kills by timing your barrel and know how much gold it gives then some might open their eye's =)

i know there are many people who already know this but there are still so many that doesnt and i have met tons of them ( even in ranked ) that does not last hit

A problem with that. It pushes the lane. Just last hit with auto attacks. Harass, too.

Well, yes. But with the two champion kills you will be psychologically feared. And 200 gold isn't a lot :P
