I remember when season 5 started, I wanted to play a champ that no one banned so that I dont always have to worry. I picked Kennen and started to play him in norms and absolutely destroyed. I was very curios why no one knew how to beat him. I wondered why kennen was so good. I mean, I was winning so many games with him in solo queue that it was almost too easy! I realized that not a lot of people know how to counter this stupid little solo q grinder.

Kennen is considered a lane bully, especially against early weak melees. In fact, Kennen is very strong against a lot of melees. Including the juggernauts! I have found that if kennen plays the matchup against juggernauts, he will do very well. I feel that Kennen counters darius. This is very good because if Darius is not banned, than he is first picked. Good news for Kennen because thats almost a free win for Kennen. In lane, everytime they go for cs, you auto attack, q, w, then auto attack. If you do this enough they will be too low to even walk up. If they are around 50% health. Flash on them level 6 for a free kill. The secret to Solo Q in my opinion, is teamfighting ultimates.

This is why Kennen is so good late game and also why you need cdr distortion boots. In team fights, you should flash ult and then NOT zhonyas instantly. I know most people do but in my experiences, people don't usually kill you first. They run away for a bit then turn. If u just flash ult zhonyas, then they can easily run away. You E, Flash, Ult, then W. Once they focus you, you're supposed to zhonyas so they are still in your ult ring.

And the last tip from me is, always be positive and your team mates will cooperate most of the time. Thanks!
