The point of putting two points in Deceive is to add some attack damage to Shaco's melee attacks. If Shaco's Shiv is on cool down, and his ult isn't up or your not lv 6, AP shaco's melee attacks are rather bad. Melee AP Shaco is just like Fiddlesticks without Drain. I wanted to add some type of damage output to his melee attacks.

For the JITBS and Deceive order, I meant an vice versa switch. I should of made it clearer.
