First of all there seems to be many ways to play. This is the way I play teemo and I hope it helps those that like teemo. First of all don't expect this build to be dominatingly over powered at the begining. It takes some time to get going and by the late mid game people will be cursing you out or rage quiting.

I choose the runes cause they do exactly what this build is AP/Speed. You can run dodge runes instead of HP runes but with all the damage over time now days and sniper type stuff its smart to have as many HP as you can without crippling your builds main purpose.

My masteries are pretty basic and simple. Allow as much cashflow and experiece to be racked up fast and on top of that provide great benifits to damage.

I like mushrooms.. so the faster I can get them out, the better my game is. With the extra cooldown from boots and stinger its off the the mushroom races.. after that its about AP and speed.. you can see it plainly.

People say teleport is noobish.. well I get more kills from sneaking behind people with my mushrooms and ganking them than staying in a lane and going face to face. teemo is about ambushing imo as much as any stealth toon. yes he can't move stealthed but it never fails that I can get an camokill ever game if I am patient. Exsaust is awesome and provides great getaways and domination of opponents.. I don't think i leave home without it on any of my champs.

Now the nitty gritty.

Early game 1-6 I like to try and get a camo kill so get your items and teleport to frontlines quick and hide right in middle of lane. you would be suprised how often this works.. when they get to confident in the lane pop out and start working them with poisons. if the play with caution stay still until there minions are on your tower.. sometimes the will sneak in just far enough to get the work on them. if your lane opponent has flash then you should proably just push lane. cause they will get away early game in most cases. other than that just harass and try not to get squished until you get your ult.


Mid Game 7-14

by this time you should have enough mushrooms out in all the jungle areas of your side and opponents.. I typically try and shroom the top side because baron is up there and if you shroom just in all the jungle area you will have plenty of shrooms out to get kills from fleeing people. When you go and buy your items.. teleport out to a shroom and start putting out more shrooms nearby.. by late game I have so many shrooms that opponents barely even go into the woods. Ambush people and try and keep your lane from loosing tower. remember you have teleport and you have mobility.. Use it.. don't be afraid to run bottom only to tele top. it confuses players aswell. cause they don't know if your camo or not.

15-18. Concentrate on ambushing idiots and keeping your team 1 man up if possible. if the other team is staying in a pack. just make life hell by planting more and more shrooms to help people escape and kill enemy. don't get to over confident with teemo unless your just absolutely fed. take easy kills. teemo is squishy.
