Introduction

This is my very first build posting on this site please dont be mad if theres not alot of detail

Items

Start out with a doran's ring this is for more damage with poison. get the berserker greaves for attack speed your magic pen runes should be enough magic pen for this battle. after get a malady for ap and attack speed the passive in this item should help you for team fights.
after u get a malady start with your heavy health ap items like a rylai this will helo u survive some ganks. after the rylai get a rab hat for extra ap.
after this u should just focus on ap and attack speed thats why i used the nashoor's tooth first then the rage blade u can sell your doran's ring to get the nashoor's tooth.

Unique Skills

the way i use teemo's shrooms are by planting them under the opponent b4 i start a battle this way i can hurt them twice as much as i would by my self without one and it slows them down to do this for a quick kill
