No offense, but there are ways to deal even MORE damage than by stacking 4 or 5 rabal's deathcaps. Lichbane for an auto attack that is as strong as your Q shot, and magic pen items to name two. My tank Veigar, which gets almost 5k hp and over 100 armor and magic resist...does more damage than your guide. Also, by not obtaining mana regen items early game....you are effectively making your passive skill useless. Your passive skill is based off your (base + bonus) mana regen. If you have a base mana regen of 1 mana per second (no bonus from items)....then all it does is turn to a max of 2 mana per second when you are completely out of mana. If you buy just a single mana regen item that gives, say, 10 mana per 5 (which is 2 more mana per second)...you have gone from 1/2 to 3/6 per second (first number is when mana is maxed, second number is when mana is empty). To give you an idea of how much mana Veigar can and SHOULD go through in order to be played effectively, I run my build with a clarity and two philosopher stones and I still have mana issues. But then again....most people cannot get 300 minion kills in the first 20 minutes of the game like I can.
