Sona

If you have a Sona that knows her champion, you can dominate games with her on your side. Mandate allows you to oneshot the enemy ADC from her Ult, into your E and R, followed by the rest of your damage. Her W allows you to get your own W healing wihout having to doublecast it, which we appreciate heavily as it means we can doublecast E more often for stun waves.

Karma

Karma has a lot of agency in lane, and overall has a lot of the same perks that Sona also provides. You have more early game potential with her, and you are able to bully enemies out of lane fairly easily with your long range spells.

Nautilus

The best engage support with Seraphine. Nautilus provides a very easy-to-land engage, and he is a champion that actually appreciates Seraphine's E followup more than the usual engage, due to how Nautilys does do some decent ammount of damage overtime, thanks to his W auto enhancement.

Zilean

Works well, mostly because Zilean is a very good champion. Theres some ammount of synergy, with his E and your own E.

One of the best engage pairings with Seraphine. Allows for Disengage and Engage, while Sera covers his range weakness.

A very good support pick with Seraphine. Leona provides an insane ammount of early damage with her passive, which in itself makes Seraphine Q even more valuable.

Double poke with Lux is very good, specially in low elo. Isnt higher mostly because Lux isnt an amazing support, but by all means, its still very good.

Nami is a very good option, both of these champions synergize very well.

Mixed double damage threat with a free follow for Sera's E is, ofc, very good.

Both of these champs work really well together, and provide insane AoE utility as the game transitions to mroe grouped fights.

Braum

An actually very underrated pairing. While these two together lack some ammount of damage late game together, the ammount of utility is usually enough to overcompensate this fact.

Who? Jokes aside, Renata is a decent Support for Sera, or more so, Seraphine and her can ge through laning phase together decently well so Renata's gamechanging spells can do a lot later.

Although Swain is only a good support because people cant dodge E, Seraphine is very good at following up on these plays and helps Swain stay alive longer while on his ult.

No one plays Taric. That being said, this is one of the best Seraphine synergies.
