Armed and Ready - Tristana Build Guide
and masteries/runes/items are not even optimal...
Skill Order: You should never max Q first on Tristana... You will be extremely weak in lane because you will no burst. The extra attack speed is literally nothing early game because you have no crit chance and your AD is still low.
You should max your skills in this order: R>W>Q>E. W Will give you good early/mid game burst and high mobility.
Your guide is a bit hard to read... Try not to make walls of text, no one wants to read that. Add in pictures and try to make your text shorter!

Rapid fire is a terrible spell for tristana until late game, There is no reason to have a point in it before level 7 or 8. You should be maxing Rocket Jump or Explosive Shot early on followed by Rapid Fire.
You will pretty much always lose your lane against a decent opponent if you rush B.F. sword. Picking up an extra doran's and a vamp scepter make it extremely difficult to be pushed out of lane.
Exhaust is not a great summoner on Tristana. Most carries are running heal these days, and while I would recommend it, it would be better to run heal+ignite or flash+ignite or flash+heal. The objective is to draw first blood with Tristana between level 2-6. Your burst is perhaps the best among AD carries, it is very easy to draw first blood and you should set yourself up for that, exhaust will not help you draw first blood.
finally, your build is pretty subpar. It consists of mostly damage with no survivability. Frozen Mallet is a decent item, but you won't be able to live off it alone. Quicksilver Sash is fairly popular, and Guardian Angel would be decent (probably not the best item, but rocket jump gives you better survivability)
