Yes i am going to explain further just didnt have the time at that moment, but as you Said, the game is probably over already when you complete your Sword of the Divine, and go for 2 survival items last, in this case im going warmogs but as you say also i think there are atleast some other survival items better then mogs for teemo and then you could change the second mogs for another pure dmg item, but im going to test this further and Will update it with a description and going to try and update the two mogs to something else.

Warmogs are no noes on a Teemo as far as I am concerned, maybe you could explain your choice? And yea, by the time you finish your swords of divine, the game is probably over too.
If you actually want to focus on survival, more masteries in defense actually helps.
