Let's get started, shall we?
This is my first build on Mobafire, I thought I should give back to the community that gave me ideas on how to build Ashe.
First of all, I just want to say that this build is risky. It is easy to fall behind if you are not aware of where the enemy team is. You have to have good teamwork and be fairly good at last hitting. This is how you maximize gold earning.
Secondly, this build is expensive! Farm, farm, farm! And when you think you've farmed enough, farm some more! Be greedy about minion waves, and, your team might hate you for this, kill steal if you have the chance. You'll need about 18-19k gold to make this build, but it melts down everyone so quick, you can crush just about anyone.
Third, don't expect this to be a quick build with short games. This is late game rape. Most of the time that I don't get my final items before my game ends (I usually do 3v3).
After all that, please remember to use discretion when you build. If you find yourself too slow on your running away, pick zeal up sooner. Getting ganked by twitch? Pick up an oracles. etc, etc.

I picked these runes cause they were pretty. That and the fact they maximize my play style, substitute as needed.
Marks
9 Greater Marks of Desolation
Seals
8 Greater Seals of Evasion
1 Greater Seal of Clarity
Glyphs
7 Greater Glyphs of Shielding
2 Greater Glyphs of Clarity
Quintessence
2 Greater Quintessence of Desolation
1 Greater Quintessence of Clarity
I picked these because they allow me to hit harder, survive longer and have a little mana to play with. However, as I said earlier, use your discretion and pick what works for you.

Now to the meat and potatoes of this guide. As with masteries, no variation in the items, but you can change the way you pick them up, depending on what you're facing out there.
#1 Doran's Blade
Health, damage, and a little lifesteal to help keep you in the lane.
#2 Boots of Swiftness
Ashe is a slow ***, 'nough said.
#3 Beserker's Greaves
Gives a bigger boost to speed as well as lets you hit faster for those last hits you should be doing.
#4 B.F. Sword
This is your first big upgrade on damage. Ashe just is annoying before this.
#5 Black Cleaver
AS and AD. Together. And if that wasn't enough to wet your panties, there is Armor Reduction on hit. Stacks 3 times. That's 45 armor you don't have to hit through! And it makes people with no armor take even MORE damage.
#6 Another B.F. Sword
More damage. I know, I know, getting redundant at this point.
#7 Pickaxe
And again, damage. This really is going somewhere, I promise.
#8 Infinity Edge
Finally, a bit of Crit and Crit damage increase. Also, you guessed it, MORE DAMAGE!
#9 Zeal
It took a while, but I finally got to it. More Crit here and AS bump. You also get a movement speed bump for the first time since your boots. Thought I forgot how slow Ashe is, didn't you?
#10 Vampiric Scepter
Who doesn't like lifesteal on an AD champ? Now you have more than that measly 3% from Doran's Blade.
#11 The Bloodthirster
I usually sell my Doran's Blade at this point to make room for my next item. And while you're farming for your final item, you can easily get your stacks to full.
#12 Recurve Bow
Now you're hitting as fast as other Ashes out there, but you're doing like 3-4 times the damage. And if not, you're doing it WRONG! Just kidding, but not really.
#13-14 Phantom Dancer and Madred's Bloodrazor
Now you have a choice. You can finish your PD for the AS, Crit, and movement speed for those ganks, or you can pick up your BR and really start hammering the other team. Your choice, but then you pick up the other as soon as possible to just devastate.
You're Done!
But don't forget your consumables. You can drink them straight from the vendor.
Green then Red then Blue in that order. And hell, go ahead and pick up and Oracles Elixir just to show the other team that they can't kill you one on one anymore.
