Abilities

. Abilities

Focus

While out of combat, Ashe's critical strike chance increases by 3/6/9/12/15/18% every 3 seconds, removed after next attack.

Frost Shot

While active, each of Ashe's basic attacks slow her target's movement speed. This drains mana with each attack.

Volley

Ashe fires 7 arrows in a cone for 150% damage. Volley also applies Ashe's current level of Frost Shot. ( older patches ashe use to fire 9 arrows )

Hawkshot

Very nice reworked skill from the useless bounty to a scouting hawk where you can check something without putting yourself in danger

Enchanted Crystal Arrow

Ashe fires a missle of ice in a straight line. If the arrow collides with an enemy Champion, it deals damage and stuns the Champion for up to 4.5 seconds, based on how far the arrow has traveled. In addition, surounding enemy units take damage and are slowed.

Laning

. Early lane domination with ashe

This is how you start off laning solo middle or laning with another ally

So for starts you should have bought your Doran's Blade or Doran's Shield, you should have put 1 skillpoint in Volley and don't hit any creeps yet untill you see an enemy hero. Now as ashe has a passive crit chance that builds up overtime you can start off with a 100% crit so if you Volley + autoattack you can already take about 200-250 hp off the hero wich will give you an early advantage especially on heroes who don't have any manaregen.

This is a little example of the damage you can do with Volley and your first crit.

If you want to dominate lvl 1 really hard you should ask your team to help you get the lizard buff, The lizard spawns around 1Minute and 36Seconds if your game loaded correctly. Knowing that you have about 30 seconds at the beginning of the game to get your items and position yourself correctly. First you want to all go to the lizard as a group but run past it and hide is the brushes. Doing so will allow you for a counter-gank if the opposing team wants to organize a gank on your lizard. At roughly 1 Minute and 28Seconds if the other team does not show up you should get to position of get the elder lizard.

What does the lizard buff do to Ashe ?

Grants "Blessings of the Lizard Elder", which gives additional attack damage which increases as you level up, and a slowing effect to your basic attack.

When you are doing this most of the time you might wanne reconsider doing you masteries to 21-0-9 to have 1 extra points in the duration off buffs example: [link]http://www.leaguecraft.com/masteries/3001140032330100000000000000003140001000000[/link]

Looking from the point where you will be soloing mid, always try to last hit and fight at your turret dont try to push too far because any ganking hero will still probably own you if you are too far out. If you find your minions beeing to far out just get the creeps in your jungle untill you can safe farm again not too far from your turret !

If you see anyong porting back to base and running to lane ( tanks ) you can ask them to tank lizard for you because you dont have hp or armor to do that untill you hit level 10 with some items.

Laning Partners

9. Laning partners

These are good laning partners that make a sick combo with ashe on their side

Janna: Janna's Eye of the Storm makes ashe take alot of damage and bursts her physical damage even more to do insane damage/pushing on enemy's and towers.

Taric: Taric's Shatter makes your enemies weaker by lowering their armor and with his Imbue he can just restore the damage you took from the enemy's. When taric hits level 6 he can use his Radianceto make towers look like they werent even there for you. Making you 2 an insane push combo.

Alistar: Well easy this hero babysits you and can stun with Pulverize and knock them back with Headbutt while he keeps you alive with his Triumphant Roar

Soraka: Well soraka is just there to farm away the creeps togheter with you making you push the lane heavily and keeping you alive with her Astral Blessing

Nidalee: Nidalee is just great you got extra dps and she can keep you alive with her Primal Surge / Swipe when you bot hit level 6 and you stun one with your Enchanted Crystal Arrow it's an easy kill.

Anivia: Well this is the only hero that doesnt heal you but what makes you so good is that you can Frost Shot or Volley making anivia's Frostbite doing double damage.

As you can see it Ashe is a good hero but she is still an easy target putting her with either of these heroes doesnt make her easy at all. There are probably other good combo's but these worked out the best for me.

Skilling order

12. Skilling Order

So about ashe her skills and skilling order:

Volley = Really nice spell for farming or holding enemies off don't forget it scales with your base attack damage !

Frost Shot Great spell so no hero can run away from you or come close to you !

Hawkshot Im so glad they reworked this one from useless to effective spell ! Really great for scouting.

Enchanted Crystal Arrow This is the best you got nice damage, stun, range. No hero can escape if you get the hang of this arrow dont forget if heroes have banshees veil to take it away with volley and then stunning with arrow. Your arrow is good for ganking, initiating team battles or escaping.

Positioning in teamfights

Ill explain a little bit about where you wanne be in teamfights

For starters early game you just wanne farm so you have your Last Whisper up in teamfights, don't randomly use your Flash because you wantthem ready in teamfights. Your Flash is probably the most in teamfights. So entering teamfights you always wanne be the last one in the teamfights. You can stun one of their highest dps or aoe with your Enchanted Crystal Arrow and focus the closest dps targets first. If you get focused make sure you can flash somewhere so you should always position next to a wall or bush where you can flash through or in. Repositioning in teamfights is the best thing you can do and remember always stay in the back and join the battle when its already happening. using you arrow to stun one of their dps/aoe is what really changes the battle around for you. Just make sure you got everything ready Flash, Enchanted Crystal Arrow. They are really needed for you and your team in the fights so know when your using them !
