This build is clearly focused on mid, but Ashe doesn't always get to play there. I would not build vampiric scepter into executioner, seems like vasting money for me, better continue the build with something else and later build vamp in bloodthirster. Also I think you focus attack speed too much, Ashe don't really need that, her slow is long enough and she does not have any else on-hit abilities. I tried her on attack speed too, but that is not effective. If you really want the sword of the divine, I would get it after some damage-based item, the 40 AD from last whisper is not enough. And to the survivability-if your Ashe gets ganked from two sides, she is dead-I use escaping summoner spells (ghost, flash), they save me from several deaths each game. Also you have to react on the opposite team with items, for instance if there is fed Karthus (and he usually is fed), he takes down up to 3/4 of your full HP with his ulti, or ryze will catch you in rune prison and fry, Lux is similar.....there are lots of theese and one Banshee's is all you need against them. I'm not saying build it all the time, but sometimes you have to or you become feeder.

I don't see the point of getting a second Last whisper. As it is the "last whisper" you should only need/have one as the armor penetration is unique and won't help any more. Other than that, I can see what you're going for. Nice-ish build. Still, +1
