21/0/9 is the only way to do damage

This actually cleared up the confusion about the gold per 10 I was having AND gave an incredibly accurate and fun to read guide. I actually singed up here just to comment and give a +1 for your efforts, well done!

I really haven't had any mana problems with Ashe, but there have been a few games where I have had to wait like 20 seconds to gen up enough mana for my Enchanted Crystal Arrow because I didn't have enough. I told myself never again. XD Besides, the Philosopher's Stone DOES help you get your damage dealing items faster! :D By lvl 12, I can have the Avarice Blade, the Philosopher's Stone, a Zeal, and an Infinity Edge, and with the two gp/10 items my gold gen is much higher, and I can have my second Phantom Dancer and my Bloodthirster nearly two levels before any other carry I've played against... and believe me, plenty of them were Ashe's. Ha ha.

Sure, you can ditch the Philosopher's Stone if you'd like, but what would you replace it with? The health regen is great on her, and the mana regen is still worth the money even after the nerf. Nothing more annoying than a mid character that is always ahead of you in both health and mana, even after you went through all of the trouble to drop her below 1/2 health not a minute before. Also the fact she keeps spamming her crystal arrow at you... and never seems to run out of mana.

But thanks for your input tho! :D I appreciate that you read my guide. But honestly, the 800 spent of the P.S. doesn't set you back too much, and by even halfway through a game you have gained a lot more gold than you would have previously. Just give it a shot!

If anything more of a machine gun. Just saying. But hey you shouldn't get Philosopher's stone with her. She doesn't need the mana and you want to get to damage items faster.
