Introduction
I started to play with ashe long time ago, so I could try many items for her, but it was not enough to be the master of this champion... So i analyzed some other ashe guides too and i assembled them with my own playing style.
I only do 1/3 to brute force masterie cause that 2 attack damage isn't really needed, but the extra 6 armour from hardiness could be extremely good at early game
Haste is an awesome boost to your ghost spell, and the extra exp is good for be higher level than your oppoment if you playing in the middle.

We need the armour penetration cause ashe will do very high damage in the beginning, and this little arp in't bad at mid game too.
Greater Seal of Clarity x9
0.9 Mana Per 5 Sec per level (16.2 at 18) These seals will allow you to avoid wasting gold and item slots on any mana regen items.
Greater Glyph of Celerity x9
0.45 Cooldown Reduction per level (8.1 at 18) These Glyphs will allow you to spam Volley, and it reduces the cooldown of your ultimate very nice also.

Teleports your champion to target nearby location. Best survival spell for Ashe. This is your get out of jail free card if you make a poor positioning choice. It's also good for not letting the enemy escape, and works for it very well with ghost

Your champion ignores unit collision and moves 32% faster for 14 seconds. This spell is great again for increased survivability, coming to allies aid quickly, and chasing running champions.
Teleports your champion to target nearby location. Best survival spell for Ashe. This is your get out of jail free card if you make a poor positioning choice. It's also good for not letting the enemy escape, and works for it very well with ghost
Ghost
Your champion ignores unit collision and moves 32% faster for 14 seconds. This spell is great again for increased survivability, coming to allies aid quickly, and chasing running champions.
You can use your ultimate if you are far away from the place where you teammates are fighting, but REMEMBER: do it only if you know that you can aim nice with it
Use the crystal arrow carely so if you are alone against 3 or more enemy champs cause they yould kill you after it also(simply avoid these situations)
Hawkshot is needed for avoiding ganks and to scout bushes as well
If you use volley you will also use frost shot if you toogled it before or you didn't too, so if you are trying to escape from somebody and you are far enough from him use volley to slow him down a bit(but it is dangerous)

I dropped Banshee's Veil away and picked warmog's armour instead.
I think banshee's isn't good enough at late game when you can buy it cause it doesn't give enough hp(bonus mana isn't needed at all), and the barrier can easily neutralized(they just doesn't use their ultimate first, and it only can absorb 1 spell every 45 secs, so when both team are pushing mid it isn't much good.
Warmog's armour gives you more survivalibity(more hp) - so you can stand alive longer in fights, and if you did everything well that time will be abundant to get the kills you wanted.
If you don't have enough survivalibity you cannot do enough damage(even if you have more damage and as than me.
