You can't escape ganks due to you not having flash or ghost. You really need flash to position yourself in teamfights.
Also all the mana regeneration runes is just overkill in late gamee , the cooldown reduction on ultimate can be really great , but I really recommend armor pen quints + armor pen marks because armor penetration increases your DPS by a lot. In general I am clueless why you want Nashor's Tooth considering that Ashe's only AP spell is her ultimate . Also philosopher's stone will decrease your dps and then getting PD instead of BF sword won't increase your dps by a lot really. BF sword first is much better then PD first considering you allready don't have that much gold.
Also Ashe's movement speed is only 370 with berserk's greaves , with boots of agility it would be 390 , Ashe needs movement speed .
Also in general you miss a lot of armor penetration by even getting the bloodthirster over the black cleaver. I found the black cleaver more useful on Ashe because as Ashe I only really have problems vs tanks and some tanky characters.
I think flash + teleport would be a much better choice in the summoner spells and in general I dislike the build a lot , still nice try to make an Ashe that can spamm W a lot and the ultimate , this makes Ashe good in the midgame but loses a lot of uses in the late game ( which all competitive games go , they go usually past the 25 minute mark )
