The purpose of this guide
The purpose of this guide is to make Heimer an assassin and control your lane and one-shot the enemies late game. With these runes and items, you can always stay relevant and be a threat in the game. If they fed you can carry the game, if you are behind you can poke and help your team. In the end of this guide, there are some tips on how to steal a dragon or baron.
How to steal Baron and dragon
The most important thing you need to steal a baron or a drake is vision. Make sure there is vision around the baron and drake. Vision is important because you can see the life of the baron or of the drake. When it is between 1500 1000 you R rockets, If you don't have R, then you wait until the life of the dragon/baron goes 1000 and you W. Of course you can use E too, but it is more difficult.
Extra tips!
For everyone who came until the end of this guide. I have two tips that can make your play with Heimer easier:
1) Use your wards, vision will give you the necessary information about where the enemy jungle is, if he/she is coming towards your lane. If the enemy team is coming towards you. Vision wins games.
2) Combo: Try to use first E and then immediately Q (before E stuns the enemy). The rockets will bean two lasers if you stun the enemy player.
