hi guys this is my build for talon i totally tried and he work it with this build so enjoy

Talon's earliest memories are the darkness of Noxus' underground passages and the reassuring steel of a blade. He remembers no family, warmth, or kindness. Instead, the clink of stolen gold and the security of a wall at his back are all the kinship he has ever craved. Kept alive only by his quick wits and deft thievery, Talon scraped out a living in the seedy underbelly of Noxus. His mastery of the blade quickly marked him as a threat, and Noxian guilds sent assassins to him with a demand: join their ranks or be killed. He left the bodies of his pursuers dumped in Noxus' moat as his response.

The assassination attempts grew increasingly dangerous until one assailant met Talon blade-for-blade in a match of strength. To his surprise, Talon was disarmed and facing down his executioner's sword when the assassin revealed himself to be General Du Couteau. The General offered Talon the choice between death at his hand, or life as an agent of the Noxian High Command. Talon chose life, on the condition that his service was to Du Couteau alone, for the only type of orders he could respect were from one he could not defeat. Talon remained in the shadows, carrying out secret missions on Du Couteau's orders that took him from the frigid lands of Freljord to the inner sanctums of Bandle City. When the general vanished, Talon considered reclaiming his freedom, but he had gained immense respect for Du Couteau after years in his service. He became obsessed with tracking down the general's whereabouts. Talon's suspicions led him to the doors of the Institute of War, where he joined the League of Legends in order to find those responsible for Du Couteau's disappearance.

Pros / Cons

Pro Talon:
- great nuke abilites
- AD stealth carry
- low cooldowns (especially Ulti)
- nice harassment tools
- W makes you lasthit easily
- E is great to follow up fleeing targets

Con Talon:
- squishy champ
- no escaping tool except ulti
- not easy to master, as he is new and unknown yet
- has to get to mid-/lategame to show his real strengh

How u can seem is 21/0/9 the mastery as the all-Talon fighter that does not require even a little magic estonces that I put the 9 master's are to have magic regeneration and increase your exp faster and do not get persistent buffs that can Talon be very good but also easy to make an early gank and more if you just top if any of your partner does Jungler clear and I put in 21 to exhaust damage and when they gank your pudding you go online or just simply use I also get to escape cooldown for spells or abilities to be faster to use and a range imcremento for use with your W toward keeping out of trouble when you are just top them after that add armor penetration to cause damage to tanks and eliminate enemies faster but an increased damage in the last 3 master's

9 of the red runes to increase armor penetration9 of the yellow rune to increase the mana regeneration9 of the blue runes to increase the cooldown heel and use all their spells faster2 of quintessence to increase penetration of armor and 1 to increase your shield a bit to not fall so fast

Helps with early damage and armour pen.Talon has a decent attack speed and its good to have a little more and his movement speed is fairly high and Berserks help out nicelyMore attack damage which is very very nice with 40% armour pen. Which helps out so much for the damage to put out and grab those kills.
arge amounts of HP, good attack damage and a slow effect to make sure your passive is used. This item is an absolute MUST!
Quite obvious here, Loads of attack damage and LOADS of life steal which from what I have seen, procs off Rake as well.
for more Cooldown and attack speed plus if u actived he will give u more speed and attack speed and armor pent
for more armor pent and crit chance I personally would say the IE but if you feel that you don't have enough life steal take another bloodthirster. so a leave this 2 there

si tienen algunos problemas contra tanque o magos en el campo les sugiero que se pongan estos items segundarios <this is the same as this>( if they have any problems against mages tank or in the field I suggest you put these items secondary)
to have resistance against Magic

and if they have a very strong start against an enemy tank or do much damage to them using this item

also remember buying these 3 positions when items are full or when necessary
also if you have many tanks removed the opposing teamand put
and if you want a little tank is the decision to remove any item is of you and suggest a package to put this
and if they fight and do much dodge jax use this
and against enemies or Amumu taric Ww Karthus that can stun I suggest this item

keep in mind that whenever you have to buy this potion for Talon when necessary for that early in the game is not very strong if not a long gamewards and always use it mostly if you're just top that's the place that will always make gankand invisible enemies

Abilities:

Mercy (Passive): Talon deals more damage with his basic attacks to any target that is slowed, stunned, immobilized, or suppressed.

Noxian Diplomacy: Talon's next basic attack deals an additional physical damage. If the target is a champion, they will bleed, taking additional physical damage over a period of time and revealing their location for the duration.

Rake: Talon sends out a volley of daggers that then return back to him, dealing physical damage every time it passes through an enemy. Additionally the enemy is slowed for a short duration.

Cutthroat: Talon instantly appears behind his target, silencing them and amplifying his damage against that target.

Shadow Assault (Ultimate): Talon disperses a ring of blades and gains stealth while gaining additional Movement Speed. When Talon emerges from stealth, the blades converge on his location. Every time a blade passes through an enemy, they receive physical damage.

There is more Sequences but i love one. Everything what u should do is sequence which will looks cool,do much damage and very scary for enemy whats will do enemy run away.

Best way how to start fight is with Rake slowing enemy, after that continue with Shadow Assault, u need to be fast for "Shadowstep" -Cutthroat- ur target for maximum damage from Shadow Assault.
Next step is with Noxian Diplomacy. Best effect of this spell is if u ar using this after Cutthroat or if target will run(also usable with Ignite). Now ur target should be death, but if not there is once thing what u shuld do is use ur Rake and again abilities which ar not on cooldown.

withandfor early game and when u get the ultimated use this combo (are a lot combos with Talon but i only gona give u 1 combo plus combo ultimatedthis combo if super strong and if he try to run usefirst

for escaped if he is necesary or chase u target and if surrounded and then use your ultimate flashso you have a chance against your enemy and you do not do much damage and so You can use these if you have to hunt
