I will be continuously adding information and keeping you up to date if something changes. This is in NO way shape or form the most optimal way to play her competitively at the moment at least. Also it is not the best versus triple ap. I have played it and i replaced my armor items to ap and the one spirit visage to armor for their jungler (I think they were vlad top , graves jungle , lissandra mid , and vel karthus bot , so they had quite a bit of ap)
