Point of the build
bard mid focuses on roaming and getting your jangler ahead, and you want to roam A LOT because of your chimes you wont miss out on too much exp but you will need to juggle income. to optimize this build you need to learn the fine line between roaming to much and farming too much
What about other roaming mid laners?
most roaming mids so you like those matchup's and you don't want to play against people who can punish oyrur roams with towers You will like most roaming mid matchups because they will want to match you when you roam but they will end up losing a lot more exp than you. you can also match them and catch up very quickly.
