Catches bard out very easily with his E, makes laning very difficult. Keep a good distance and try to bait out his E and punish for it.

Champion Build Guide
Laning
With chimes, Bard is able to have ridiculous sustain. Placing down 3 heals and refilling mana with chimes lets you easily out sustain other laner and even if you lose a trade you end up winning it because you heal most damage back up. It is important to try and find any opportunities to collect them. For poking, trying to proc press the attack whenever you got your meepos up.
Roaming
Bard very easily can roam to other lanes to gank using the speed boost from the chimes to get back and forth. Use this to your advantage
Snowball
Bards chimes are the main source of the snowball. Hitting late game they will be dealing around 350 damage each. Make sure to focus on them.
Dueling
Bard can outdamage most champs if played to his strength. Do not go complete stanko and try and 1v9. You have to kite out your enemies, which is pretty easy when your meeps have a 40% slow attached. Using the stun too allows you to get in easy damage. One q and two autos late game you deal over a thousand damage. Yeet
