In lane always look for openings where you can stun and basic attack the enemy ADC or squishy support (if done properly you can easily deal around 60% of their max HP). Whenever your ADC isnt in lane and minions arent pushing into your tower or your ADC doesnt need your help just go into the jungle and try to pick up as much chimes as possible because thats your main scaling point. If you have enough time try to coordinate with your jungler for a tunnel into midlane or a sneaky invade. When laning phase is over you should always look for picks on isolated targets (this can be easily done with your support item, R and E). In team fight look for the closest target with the least amount of HP and resistances and just try to burst them down.

Pros:
+ Massive damage
+ No one expects the oneshot
+ Realy fun

Cons:
- Maybe a little on the squishy side
- Hard to make it work if you feed in lane

This bard build works best with ADCs that have high early game damage and/or burst.
