Intro
Hey, I have been having fun playing support Zoe and so should YOU!

Passive - More Sparkles
Every time you use an ability, your next auto will do more damage and instantly get to your opponent. Normaly the speed of witch your autos get to your opponent does not matter, but it makes going for E - Auto - Q reasonable.
Q - Paddle star
This ability shoots out a projectile that you can re angle by casting again. This ability is big damage when combined with your E but can also do a fair amount by itself. It has a small splash radius, so you can hit a minion if they are close enough, but its not to reliable, you can also try to go around the minions with it, just note that your R makes it a lot safer to go for as normaly you would need to get close to the minions to do so. Lastly, you can wait a little to reflect to close a gap as much as possible.
W - Spell Theif
This ability allows you to pick up summoner spells and item actives when your opponent uses them or when you kill a minion with a baloon. Using a Active or summoner grants you bonus movement speed. You can take relic sheild so your aDC doesnt strangle you for taking their cannons, but I find that they don't care tooooo much aslong as you restrict your self to mage or brawler minions.
E - Sleepy Trouble Bubble
This ability puts your opponent to sleep after about a second. If you hit them while they sleep, it does double damage up to the damage Sleepy Trouble Bubble but wakes them up. This plus Q can one shot most squishy units late game and is extreamly useful in laneing. you can either use it to chip half of ther health with q or your laner, or leave them there in a useless state for 3 seconds as after they get hit, most people just run away scared, adding to cc. Its range is extended gtreatly when you shoot over walls, so you can get sone sneeky shots like that too.
R - Portal Jump
You jump in a portal and teleport to a target location for a second and teleport back to where you started. Really usefull for placing wards and getting close for Q's and E's. It leaves you pretty vunreble though, so be carefull.

Conclusion
I have been having a lot of fun with Zoe support, but I need to play more before I can help more with items, for now, the build I have there works fine, just build rabos last.
