as for muramana - i....just dont ever see when i would have the money for it. too many other items that synergize with him better that dont have to spend ages to charge. such as frozen heart, which i didnt include in here because it didnt cross my mind, not because i think it's bad. i'll throw it in. however, i would definitely say that frozen heart, like most items, is pretty situational and if you come across a bunch of ad casters like jayce and zed....you're better off with randuin's 99% of the time IMO.

Toplane Taric isn't as stupid as it sounds but I don't think he can cope up with the likes or Renekton and other lane bullies. So in my opinion he befits more the jungle than lane.

Instead of Iceborn Gauntlet you should rush Sunfire Aegis against AD champions. Yes, I know the first gives mana, armor, etc. But armor with no HP isn't very useful and your first item should be very efficient since your earlygame isn't that great.

Guide has some useful points, but i noticed you said you are not going to code it our properly. Unfortunately, MobaFire attracts people who like pictures. Just a thought, but if you want your guide to go anywhere, invest in a few minutes and just code it,
