This is obviously a troll build. It is just for fun and laughs. Keep in mind when using this build however, that some summoners might get mad at you, and even go as far as to report you. This build is not completely useless though. Talisman and twin ghosts are effective when your team is being chased or chasing the enemy team. And the extremely high movement speed combined with the bonus CD and mana regen, means that you can quickly be there to help your team, with plenty of shield and knock up. So if you're looking for some fun without ruining the game for the whole team (not much anyways). Then this is a build for you.
