If you got them, you want to fight with stacked passive and also stacked rageblade.
Try to keep them up by clearing the jungle or while splitpushung. If someone is around you (out of position) you will be able to 1v1 him really easy.
Make sure to use the healing w when you are clearing the jungle or farming minions because u will not have any lifesteal.
When you stacked Rageblade, use your "damaging" w-blade while fighting your enemy(enemies) so you can deal as much dmg as possible.
Everytime you got one target make sure to smite it, the Challenging Smite will deal incredible absolute damage because of your high attack speed rate and the Rageblade.
