no, if it's a hard matchup (draven + naut for example), i will go exhaust if my support doesn't
if its kill lane, i will sometimes go heal (if i have really good tank engage support)

if i have a yuumi, i will go ghost cleanse

Pretty good guide and build, ive had alot of success with it, tho i think you could update the threats and synergies a bit more.
