I honestly feel Rylai's is a better first item to rush, plus having a Spirit Visage will help out with your Transfusion giving you more HP off your Q.
Thanks for the comment! I just prefer to rush warmongs simply because i can max out its hp way sooner and initiate team fights early. ( or atleast force team fights during the laning phases) spirit visage is an item i tend to get only if the other team starts to stack magic resist. Ive tried the visage in one of the other builds i linked in mine, and it was cool, but when i compared it to the 3rd scepter i get, the damage/hp was slightly higher. So I really only get visage to cap out my m. penn only if they stack. Lol but again bro im no expert at this so thanks for the input and ill test out different item orders from time to time to get a wider feel of my build. Thanks again
