Her spells scale like crazy. As a fiddle player, you should understand the use of ArP and AD. I down towers fairly fast with her because I can constantly harass the tower and have my escape mechanisms in place. Once you get phantom dancer, you down towers fast. As well she really isnt a hybrid toon. I know that the Net and trap do magic damage but not enough to be focused. They IMO are utilties.

As well, your job isn't to down towers necessarily. It is to constantly harass the enemies and shut out carrys. My peacemaker end game will take half HP from all their squishies at a very safe distance. She is an amazing SNIPER not bulldozer like Jax or Master Yi.

I played this character using an AD build. Her AD scales like garbage, even with 200 AD she does minimal damage to a turret. Most characters scaling effects turrets, not this hoe. Another ad/ap hybrid fail.

I know that a lot of people prefer the YG but I really just don't like it. Im not saying its terrible or anthing, but with Caitlyn i never find the need to spam abilties. While CDR, is nice and the extra armor pen is great for her, I find that i usually just like to burst like crazy.

FM is a great item as well. I won't contest that. It is mainly used to chase down enemies which this build excels at in every way. I actually just ulted a Nasus with 30% HP and killed him. There was quite a bit of wtf as i was only level 10. But I can definitely appreciate the survivabilty.

But my entire guide is focused around a methodology of play. Don't get caught. LOL. When she gets focused, 700 HP will not help that much. I try to focus on hit and run tactics. It works for me, but I really appreciate your contructive criticism. And I am glad you just didnt downvote.

Pretty good build, I've been using her since she's out and I can tell this build is GOOD! I use the same items except I rush Yumuu's ghostblade for second item. (boots first)

I find that always starting with a Doran's blade always has the best advantage early game, the health and lifesteal is great, and it gives a tiny boost to caitlyn's Q. I find that building into IE takes too long unless your fed I find that a bruitalizer early game after greaves makes a massive difference to armour pen which greatly increases your dps. My caitlyn build pre patch was graves/mercs, ghostblade, TBT, bloodrazor , frozen mallet (only piece of survival you need which your build doesnt have) and a situational item if their team is caster heavy I go banshee's veil, if its high Armour even with the armour pen I go black cleaver. this set up worked well pre patch. combining forzen with red pill gives a perma slow which can make people escaping team fights and ganks very difficult unless ghost and flash away. just my 2 cents. I might even post my own set up after this xD.
