Hey all! This is my everyday Brand build and I'll be showing you some tips on how to be a successful Brand! Read the guide and tell me your play style with Brand!
This is an aggressive build and focused on taking down enemies as fast as possible! Don't start with the hate comments before you try the build please!

I use the pretty common 9/0/21 caster mastery tree.
I don't suggest it, but some of you may want to use Burning Embers instead of Archaic Knowledge to maximize the power of ignite. Again, I won't recommend it, but it's your call.
Also, if you are sick of waiting to respawn, and get back to action asap, I would suggest you 3/3 God Hands and 1/3 Perseverence.

is what you are looking for. My suggestion is not wasting money on runes if you are not the AP ranged sort. If you are, however, then these are the musts.

Primary
Flash
To get away from the trouble, or to get that stunning blow with the sear, and to dive in/out of fights. Epic spell.
Ignite
To have a little extra damage, or to finish off that running enemy when you have all your abilities in CD. Great spell!
Ghost
Can be used to get around faster, or even to run away from a gank. Great for farming early game. Very good spell.
Exhaust
Since the only CC skill Brand has is a stun, this spell may come in handy while chasing down enemies. Very nice spell

Secondary
Clarity
Since Brand depends on a lot of mana, this spell may come in handy until late game. Good spell
Cleanse
Brand is vulnerable to CC, this is a good spell to get out of a sticky situation, or escape from enemy champions' ultimates. Average Spell
Heal
If you feel uncomfortable about Brand's low defenses, then take this spell. But know that you are neither a tank nor pusher. Stay behind your team in team fights and you should be fine. Not really necessary spell.

My item purchases are for an all-out aggressive Brand, that really hurts when hits. You can swap an Archangel staff with a Rylai's Crystal Scepter to chase down enemies easier, but I prefer going 2x Archangels. I suggest buying the Deathcaps the last, because of their passive (adds %30 of the ability power). When you get all the 4 items, start collecting money for the Deathcaps. Dont forget to buy Elixirs of Brilliance until you complete the whole set. You can swap the 1st Deathcap with a Void Staff, allowing you to have extra mag. pen.
I never came to complete the whole set, however 704 ability power is (if you ask me) badass .

I prefer maxing outfirst, thenfor some extra damage, sinceis mainly used as a finisher/stun starter I max that out last. Don't miss giving points to your ultimate whenever possible.

You should land those pillar of flames and sears to be able to perform the combos. Requires some skill, don't worry you'll get them in time.

Brand is not much of a jungler, so you don't need to go in the woods really often unless you're going to gank someone. Nonetheless, you may need the buffs of the golem and the lizard. Don't initiate those fights until you are level 10. To eliminate large number of creeps, go for a Pillar of Flame + Conflagration combo on the ones that are ablaze. You'll quickly farm and your turrets will be safe this way.

Team work is really important for every champion. Communicate with your team, and plan ganks. This will bring you to victory.
Do not initiate fights that you can't win. Ask for some help, everybody wants kills.
Try to stay in the middle lane and watch out for enemies that may be coming from the sides, check the minimap regularly. Awareness is really important. Feel free to farm on other lanes and try to level up as fast as you can. Don't leave your lane defenseless.
Don't expect to be warned all the time, keep your eyes open. You shouldn't forget warning your teammates too.
Don't complain about Kill Steals, it's all a part of the team play.

Don't feel down if you die, get back up and join the fight. Don't turret-dive until you can take the damage. Work on your skills, for Brand is not easy to play. Stay behind your tank in a team fight. Take out large number of creeps to level up fast.
