alright this seems like a weird build but trust me, late game you will excel.

Brand's Passive, Ablaze goes towards his other abilities, and burns his enemy lowering his health. If the target is ablaze Sear will stun the target for 2 seconds, if the target is ablaze and you use Pillar of Flame, Pillar of Flame does more damage, if the Target is ablaze and you use Confligration it does AOE damage. If the target is Ablaze and you use his Ult, Pyroclasm the magma will move a lot faster than normal.
Brand's ability Sear is a skill shot that stuns the target if ablaze so normally in a 1v1 when you have a clear shot use Confligration then Sear, quickly to get off the stun.
Brand's ability Pillar of Flame is a very good harrasing ability because it has a decent amount of range plus it has a nice area of effect.
Brand's ability Confligration is a good combo with his other two abilities because of his passive, it is a great farming spell because if you use Pillar of Flames on minions, then Confligration it will take out almost all of them if done correctly. it is great with Sear because if you are in a 1v1 use Confligration then Sear to stun.
Brand's Ultiamte is Pyroclasm if your enemies are bunched up it can bounce off of targets and almost gurantee a kill.

Use Pillar of Flame then Confligration to get AOE damage, and if your abilites are at least rank 3 you should be able to kill them.

In a 1v1 situation use Confligration then sear quickly to stun, afterwards use Pillar of Flame while they are stunned to inflict lots of damage, if a teamate comes by and helps the enemy you can use Pyroclasm to finish off the kill.

I know seeing Nashors tooth, and Lich Bane is a little different but nashors tooth is for great cooldown reduction plus you get attack speed, and mana regen, so i believe it is better the Morello's Evil Tome. Lich Bane is great for late game because of his passive, and Lich bane's passive, if you get a spell off on your opponent your Ablaze will do the same amount of damage as your last attack so if you use your ultimate your burn will keep doing like 400-500 damage. and everything else is self explanatory. Oh and you can throw in some health and mana potions after you work on tear of goddess
