Welcome to my newest guide, about (in my opinion) the strongest pre 11 AP Carry in the game. Brand, the burning vengeance.

Who is Brand?

Brand is a burst, combo based AP Carry, who can disrupt and/or deal loads of damage to a single target, or more importantly, a whole group of enemies. Brand's abilities get stronger the better the combos are, for example Conflagration into Sear into Pillar of Flame into Pyroclasm will probably insta-kill you, when the Brand player is smart. More about combos later in the guide.

Always keep in mind that Brand has a totally different playstyle than other AP Carries like Malzahar, Kassadin and Ziggs. Brand requires more skill and I advise you to first try him out before buying him, as he has quite the learning curve for a 6300 IP Champ.

Ranked Play

Alright, and here's where the real fun begins. You're going to start off with your "E". Most people will ask "why"? Well heres the deal; your E does 100~ damage just like every other skill of yours, and it even applies the DoT.... But theres 0 chance of you missing it! between this a few auto attacks and maybe an ignite you should EASILY score first blood. If not, as soon as you hit level 2, your "Q" should REALLY do the trick with the added stun / damage. From here on out, just make sure you aim your skillshots carefully, and snowball as hard as you can.

Due to Brand not really being in the meta anymore, you'd be surprised how many people have no idea how to face Brand.... Especially in Bronze / Silver.
