An update will be released shorty. I have been swamped with work lately and this has gone on the back burner. There are a few item, rune, and play style adjustments that will come with the new update.

I had no clue the game would cap me out at 40%. With this new intel I will be updating the build to appropriately fix this upsetting realization.

You need to revise your Rune choices.

I completely agree that Morello's Evil Tome should replace Nashor's Tooth and I'm glad to see you're doing it. However, your Quints and Marks aren't great choices. CDR (Cooldown Reduction) caps at 40%. With your build:

20% (Morello's) + 15% (Full Mejai) + 9% (Masteries) + 1.44% (Marks) + 5.85% (Glyphs) + 7.02% (Quints) = 58.31% = 18.31% extra CDR that does nothing.

Now, let's say you replaced the Marks and Quints for something a little more useful, like Magic Pen Marks and Flat Health Quints.

58.31% - 7.02% - 1.44% = 49.85% = 9.85% extra CDR

Now, we need to realize that Mejai stacks are hard to keep up, considering any decent team will focus the one with the Mejai to ruin their stacks. So, here's your CDR without Mejai.

49.85% - 15% = 34.85%

The game rounds this up to 35%. Now, here are the time difference between 35% vs. 40%, respectively.

Sear - 3.9 Sec vs. 3.6 Sec - .3 Sec
Pillar - 6.5 Sec vs. 6 Sec - .5 Sec
Conflag - 6.5 Sec vs. 6 Sec - .5 Sec
Pyro - 48.75 Sec vs. 45 Sec - 3.75 Sec

The only one this makes a minor difference in is his ultimate.

Other than that, the rest of your build is decent for a complete glass cannon, which is what I think you were going for here.

Fantastic. I'll be sure to implement these in the update. I hope you continue to keep an eye on this build and provide further suggestions. I can only strive to make it more comprehensive.

You can add these pictures by placing the item/ability/champion you want inside double brackets [[
so like this ((Morello's Evil Tome)) except just using the square brackets.

You can also make pictures by using (icon=Morello's Evil Tome size=48) but again just using square brackets and choosing whatever size you would like.

I totally overlooked Morello's Evil Tome. This will indeed replace Nashor's when I update this guide. I will have to rework the calculations and will provide a minor update for this page tomorrow.

As stated in the beginning I am adding an optional item route section. I will also emphasize Play Style section.

On a side note, how do I add in these pictures/icons?

Well that sort of answers the question. But I feel like Morello's Evil Tome might be better than Nashor's Tooth because the attack speed kind of goes to waste on brand. Perhaps you should also include a section on alternative items or something.

Also on the topic of masteries, I forgot to mention that you should probably max out the movement speed as well and take the flash mastery.

The rest of teh guide is pretty good. Though I think going more in depth into laning/teamfighting.

I did enjoy the comboing section (I have something similar in my Swain guide if you want to check it out). Also adding some pictures/icons might help a bit.

After looking through the masteries again I took your recommendation and reworked them.

I have nothing against a good defensive item, such as BV, but this build is strictly based on AP output, thus the use of Nashor's Tooth for the increased cooldown reduction and +55AP. If I were suggesting slightly more balanced Brand, then yes BV is valuable, but this is strictly for the damage. Does that answer your question?

Would really appreciate an explanation for the Nashor's Tooth pickup. I also think you need a defensive item like BV.

Also in your masteries. Utility Mastery, Awareness, and Good Hands are all better than perseverence and expanded mind, I suggest you put max points in the former before filling out the latter.
