The reason Brand is my favorite champion in League of Legends is that he has a really strong early laning phase, and his snowball potential is high because of his level 3 burst. If you do not snowball early game, you won't be as strong throughout the game, however he is still a really good team fighter, especially once you have both Liandries and Rylai's finished. His DOT capability goes off the chart and his W and R do quite a bit more damage. Make sure you play him similar to annie in a way, you need to be getting off auto attacks as often as possible. I have killed more enemies thanks to auto attacks than with the Blaze DOT effect.
