I USE MY ULTIMATE TO CONSTANTLY HARASS MY OPPONENT AND TO SLOW THEM WHEN STARTING MELEE COMBAT..I GUESS CHANGING MASTERIES FOR MORE EFFECTIVE ULTIMATE WOULD WORK FOR MORE DAMAGE...BUT THE WAY I PLAY THIS BUILD I USE IT FOR MORE OF SUPPORT AND TO PICK OFF EASY KILLS OR RUNNERS...THANKS FOR THE COMMENT THO..THIS IS MY FIRST BUILD AND IVE LIKED THE WAY IT WORKS FOR ME

couple weird things what i saw; why you took cripple when you didn't took exhaust? i think that archaic knowledge is better selection than offensive mastery (cause of ultimate). And i am not sure about last one: 21/9/0 could give you maximal effect from Phantom Dancers. (I am not sure how good selection nimbleness is for gangplank)
