Hi there. Your guide helped me a lot but i build him some defensive items too. I mean I don't like full ad kha'zix because he is very squishy and that's why I build him maybe a randuin and banshee. I am confused... He says to max W first for minion clearing, but the skill sequence lists Q being maxed first. Which one is his correct suggestion?

I would like to know if I should use auto attack on or off. I mainly play jungle but also top lane. I currently have no problems with autoattack on. One exception is when I try dancing in the enemies base. I hit minions. I hope to receive a reply. I usually have 150 ping if that means anything.

This needs updates after the new jungle changes. I saw many pros with Rangers Trailblazer on Kha' Zix and many with Stalker's Blade. Also with this build is hard to have lvl3 or lvl4 ganks without going back first. I've been experimenting different sets of runes and masteries for Kha'Zix and I hardly believe this would go unchanged on any previous builds. Update would be most appreciated.

Also, an additional point to make about the jungle clear for Kha'Zix with this build:

This build kind of relies on having the blue a lot of the time, if possible at all times. Runes _ Masteries = 10% CDR, Brutalizer (or Black Cleaver) 10%, and Spirit of the Elder Lizard + 10%. The last 10% comes from blue most of the game and also from enemy blue and as a last resort from the blue elixir.

Jungle clear is so damn easy even first level because of masteries, runes and blue. Starting Q (which already have a very short cooldown) you can pretty much spam your Q at all camps from lvl 1!

This is a very nice build. I guess this is made in collaboration with editors, so all C9 guides are quite simple, short and to the point. I am not sure C9 members did it themselves, I think an editor wrote it based on their games and them just signed off (maybe with some adjustments).

That said, well... The build is awesome but I underestimated parts of it and perished for it. Here's something very important:

1. Don't ever underestimate the power of 5% CDR on the runes and 5% on the masteries. I got to the game with "I have a very similar page" and I can tell you, pay attention to how much the CDR is important on this build. With this build and Spirit of the Elder Lizard you have 20% CDR pretty soon in the game.

2. Don't EVER evolve E first before you understand how to use it. I started using E first to go in and I figured after a while that evolving W was better for me overall. After watching some pro videos, including Meteos' and some Korean pro players, I saw how instrumental this is for LEAVING the gank!

A common Kha'Zix gank for all pro players: Get second red, evolve E, then gank someone that is low and pushed under turret from BEHIND their turret. Use E to go in, W to CC and Q to kill and use refreshed E to go out. Some pro players do this and take only one turret shot. I usually get two.
