This build is not perfect and can be modified in many ways. It has NOT been tested in Ranked play. Runnans Hurricane should be an early item because each of its smaller shots also give Cait a stack towards a headshot, making it much more reliable. Another Note is her Headshot can stack with critical hits, so with IE it will do upwards of 1000 damage to players who dont build armorheavy. If they do, you may wish to switch an item out for Last Whisper. Have Fun!
