I know people dont like clarity, but an aggresive Rammus need lots of mana, especially early game. best way to do that is to be able to refresh your mana, so you can keep rollin

This build isnt to make a Rammus to get lots of kills...this is a build that will make Rammus stupid hard to kill...giving a very tough tank to any team. allowing for tower dives, a ganking tank, or someone who soaks up a lot of damage cause noobs target the ones with the most health first for some reason. The point is youre the tank to give your team a better chance at winning...cause a win is better than lots of kills and losing.
