This is my first guide I've ever made, so I hope you like it! Go Teemo!

This build is mainly for scouting purposes and spamming your ult. That's why I have the major speed with some ability power thrown in there. It is a build for being a flat out pest. The other team will hate your little yordle gutz, which is what makes the build more fun!

Pros

Perfect for scouting
Great for using abilities, especially ultimate
The other team will hate you xD
Lots of CC for escaping
Can outrun any champion, except Master Yi (because Yi is FREAKING OP)

Cons

Pretty squishy
First to be targeted
If you aren't good at what you do, you're team will hate you

You will be able to provide a distraction for your teammates by constantly running in and out of fights....... Uh ya..... :o

This build will be quite useful for farming, because of Teemo's Ulti and all his poison. He should be able to clear creep waves quite easily.
